The coolant reservoir was bubbling and I could hear it gurgling after I switched off, so something is definitely not happy in there. I don't want to drive it far and risk making it worse, so I'm looking for a Fast Jeep cooling system and radiator workshop in MBZ City or close enough that I can limp it over without cooking the engine. Has anyone used somewhere nearby for this kind of thing and were they able to look at it the same day rather than booking me in for next week? Also, and this might be a daft question, is it safe to drive a short distance with the temp sitting just under the red, or should I be calling a recovery truck instead? I'd rather look stupid asking now than stupid standing next to a smoking Jeep on the hard shoulder.
