I'm starting to lose patience, especially since a mate reckons an independent would have sorted it in days, and I've been looking at audi-repair.ae/ while waiting to see if there's a better option for next time. What I'm wondering is whether independents actually get parts faster or if it's the same delay wherever you go, because if it's the same then I'll just sit tight. Has anyone switched from dealer to independent mid problem and did it actually speed things up? Also slightly worried that pulling the car out now means paying a diagnostic fee and starting from scratch somewhere else.
