Transmission acting up on my 2015 GT, where do I even start
-
Okay so this is mildly embarrassing but my automatic GT has been shifting weird for about two weeks now, kind of jerky between second and third especially when the car is cold, and I've been putting off dealing with it because I honestly don't know where to take it. The dealer wants an arm and a leg just to look at it, and the random garage near my building gave me a look like I'd handed them a spaceship when I mentioned it was a Mustang. So I did the sensible thing for once and actually searched around properly instead of asking the guy at the car wash. Ended up on 800sayara.com/mustang-repair-dubai after seeing it mentioned somewhere, and there's more useful info there than I expected, though now I'm stuck deciding between a couple of shops. Has anyone had transmission work done on their S550 here? I'm nervous because this isn't a brake pad situation, if they get it wrong I'm looking at a full rebuild and I really can't afford that right now.
